One of the projects I worked on last week was a custom order for calling cards. I was so happy to work on this project because it finally gave me the motivation to design some cards for myself. I whipped up a few samples, but I still need to fiddle with the colors and edit my contact information [how could I forget my phone number?]. I plan on making two sets, one for personal use and the other for my little stationery business.
Several people asked about where I bought our rocket pop molds. They are made by Tovolo and I picked them up at Whole Foods, but you can also find them at Sur La Table. Check out their cute ice cream molds. [I'm a big fan of their perfect ice cube trays. I slice up little pieces of lemon, drop them in the tray, fill up with water, freeze, and voila!, fresh lemon for my ice water.]
I'll leave you with a photograph of my baby tiger. [Baby J actually hands me the tiger ears to put them on him. Funny baby!]
P.S. If you are participating in the vintage button swap, please be sure to send out your packages by August 1. Once you receive your packages, feel free to add your photographs to the vintage button swap flickr page.
