wonderful! i've made powder pink martha pom poms and they turned out looking like peonies. i love the gray ones you made - they remind me of hydrangeas.

Mefi

The colors are great. I am thoroughly enjoying your website. Very inspirational.

sally! these are making me crazy! all weird and aquatic. .I love them-thanks so much for the link.

Sarah

I just finished a bunch of teeny tiny pom-poms for my tree, and they are fun. Yours look lovely in gray, mine are much more peony-like in pink.

tinytwig

LOVE the little shelf with the teensy-tiny bowls. :) what a wonderful home for your boys to grow up in, lots of mental room for creativity!

Lucy

Wow Sally! It really is fun just creating for pleasure. It shows in the outcome. The Table runner is my absolute fave, I love the colors, texture and the lines. You have inspired me today! Enjoy it!

cindy

how beautiful sally.
i love the gray. i'm thinking about soft mobiles for the babies room. this might work, and it would be good visual stimulation when there is a breeze.

Tracy Harris

I love the pom poms, I hope to try those out when I get some free time. And the runner is GORGEOUS. The fabric is lovely, and such a great idea. I am loving that room right now!

Chris Howard

Oh I really love the runner. Looking at it's loveliness makes me really wish I knew how to sew. Sadly, my hubby's sewing machine and I have a longstanding hate-hate relationship.

kate

Thanks so much for sharing those tissue flowers! They look great! I'm thinking about making them for decorations for my wedding reception--inexpensive and easy to transport.

clarice

Casey

love the pom pom color choice! it looks so quiet and summery... lovely. :) how did you hang them from the ceiling though?

christine

More beautiful work. I think the gray was a perfect choice for the pom-poms--they look very cool and soothing. Also: your little nook is as big as our living room, I think!

Michael

Wow.....looks like a spread out of Real Simple magazine. The table runner is fantastic. I give the color combination an A+ .

Mama Urchin

Your pictures and your posts always make me stop, smile, and really consider the beauty of the every day. Long-time reader, first-time commenter, but since today is kind of a hard day for me, I wanted to post a note and thank you sincerely for the brightness your blog always brings to my day.

And those pom poms are awesome.

Thanks for the tutorial link, it was the one thing that would have driven me to Michael's and you know what that means, scads of other purchases I never knew needed to happen prior to setting my foot in the door. Now I can pom pom in safety.
