march :: finishing the unfinished
I've been feeling quite inspired to finish up a slew of projects that have been lying around my studio for the past month...or two...or, ok, year. My goal for March is to finish at least a dozen "unfinished" projects.
This is another calendar that has been in the works since last year. I lost steam and never finished it [gee, that sounds familiar]. I created a simple design using thin textured paper circles with some simple machine stitching.
And although it is already March, I think I'm going to make a few more of these to stick in those belated birthday presents I've been working on.
It's always good to finish stuff, clear it, and then move onto the new things.
I am smitten with the little white flowers in your vase :)

It must go along with the whole spring cleaning thing, because I too feel a real push to FINISH some of the things that have been gathering dust in the incomplete pile. You're off to a good start by the looks of it!

i love the calendar - you could always have it run from april 2008 through march 2009. just think of it as being early for next year.

I love your calendar- those colors look great together. I think it would have to be May or June before I would think it was late to be making calendars... especially ones as nice as that.

I just love these!
I've seen calendars that are 18 months I think -so why not 9?
and if you can send your calendars out in march, maybe I can still send out my new year cards?

The calendars are great. I'd be happy to get one, even in March. I did at first think they were some kind of new iPod at first, though. : )
