SHIM + SONS

the button book

Button book

Button It Up is a sweet little craft book written by Susan Beal. If you have a love for buttons + crafting this is the perfect book for you. Some of my favorite PDX crafters + friends contributed projects for the book [Melissa, Mariko, Amy K and Alicia P].

Button up book_project

Last year we all met up at Crema for coffee + sweet treats and handed over our projects to Susan. My project was a simple pencil canister with button magnets and I love how they photographed it! It really is neat to see all our projects in print. You can find more information about the book here. If you would like a copy of your own, please leave your name in the comments below [I'll pick a name on Friday, March 6th].
