I have folder upon folders of photographs on my hard drive, a majority of which have never been printed out let alone placed inside a photo album. But this is one of my goals in life, to have a collection of family photo albums, something I can pass down to the boys. My favorite albums to use are Kolo albums, particularly the Catalina albums. They are really well made and come in a variety of colors.
When I was in Korea I came across these simple kraft photo albums which I think make perfect gifts for grandparents or family members.
I put together a little album of our time in Korea for some family members, highlighting our adventures in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Macau.
There are 16 double-sided pockets so they hold 32 photographs, which I feel makes it a relatively easy project to finish in a few hours. I cut out cardstock to fit each pocket and designed some coordinating labels to write down little captions for the photographs.
And for some pages I just slid in a photograph, no caption needed.
I also found a nifty album that can be used to hold business cards ...
...or small photographs.
You can find the photo albums, with your choice of label sets, along with some new pocket folder sets + mousepads in the shoppe!
